“Go Lemon is bankrupt
Make no bones about it, this is the hard truth.
And I'm proud, incredibly proud of the efforts we've put into this adventure over the last 4 years. I'd do it again tomorrow with the same result. And yes, it hurts, too. A dream in tatters and investors who see their investment evaporate. We really did everything we could.
At the beginning of this year, things seemed very different to now. After a series of successful pitches, we were promised 1.6 million. Just a few signatures needed to finalize the deal. That was March. But instead of a stack of documents, we were presented with something completely different. Corona.
But that too is entrepreneurship. Switching, calling, being flexible, making appointments, looking for new investors in a new world. And it didn't work out in time.
And then you have to take responsibility, because today the company is worth more than tomorrow.
I told my children:
"let the chance of failure never be a reason not to start. And accept that, if you've done everything you can, something that's not good (anymore), sometimes it can end better" That applies both business and private.”
Sometimes something is the end. Then go for it!
I'll be back 💪🏻🍀
