The younger generation is yearning for a good and balanced life; free time, work, and money. They have a different work ethic, not dedicated 24/7 to their careers like people were perhaps just a few years ago.
This results in a focus on multiple income sources and a focus on assets that generate money with minimal input.
Spending less money for pleasure and in the moment comes as a result of these investments. Money is used in assets that generate money, with the outcome, a future of financial freedom. Time to relax and be independent. Time to finally use the money for pleasure and for the moment.
The young generation is less interested in work, and are not willing to give their all for their career.
